4. Property Listings & User Content
4.1 Posting Listings
When you post a property listing on Noida Homes, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the lawful owner of the property or an authorised agent with full authority to list it
- All information provided in the listing (price, location, size, amenities, photographs, description) is accurate, complete, and not misleading
- The property is legally available for sale or rent and free from any undisclosed disputes or encumbrances
- You have obtained all necessary approvals and comply with applicable RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) requirements where applicable
- Your listing does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
4.2 Content Standards
All content submitted to our platform, including listing details, photographs, descriptions, and communications, must not:
- Contain false, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive information
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights

7. Fees & Payments

Property transactions in India are regulated under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). Users who list properties on our platform are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable RERA registration requirements in their respective state. Noida Homes:
- Does not verify RERA registration status of listed properties or agents
- Encourages all property developers and agents to provide their RERA registration numbers in listings
- Strongly advises buyers and tenants to verify RERA registration of any project or agent before transacting

16. Force Majeure
Noida Homes shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, internet or telecommunications outages, or pandemics. In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
17. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
